Who we are

LaDSol provides leadership, management and self-leadership training in Australia. This website is operated by LADSOL PTY LTD as trustee for the Blair Diadem Trust (ABN 16 576 995 254). In this policy, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ mean LaDSol.

What we collect

When you contact us through this website, we collect your name, email address and the message you send us. We don’t ask for sensitive information, so please don’t include any in your message. Like most websites, our website platform also collects basic technical information, such as your browser type, device and the pages you visit, using cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to follow up on it, for example to discuss a workshop, keynote, coaching or in-house program. We don’t sell your information. If we ever send marketing emails, we will ask for your consent first and include a way to unsubscribe.

Who handles it

Your message is sent to us through our website platform (Squarespace) and received in our email system (Google Workspace). These providers may store information on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. We don’t share your details with anyone else unless you ask us to or the law requires it.

Keeping it safe and how long we keep it

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse and unauthorised access. We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond and manage our working relationship, and then we delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Email info@ladsol.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable time. We aim for 30 days.
